Works perfect
Install & Configuration was easy.
We had some troubles because of our own implementations, but the developer responded and fixed it within a few hours!

Works fine... except for
When the order total is setting, the plugin does not refresh the checkout button. If the quantity change under or upper of the minimum, the checkout button does not appear or disappear.
